When decisions take place, boundaries inevitably occur.

As we choose our values, certain things shift into gear and we breathe with a bit more clarity. It almost always feels vulnerable right before we make that choice. And yet it’s always very freeing the moment we step into that choice.

Strong boundaries take place for the stream to flow freely, and stronger without any inhibitions the river just flows.
