THE POWER OF FEEDBACK✨

The commitment to living an extraordinary life requires awareness, action, authenticity, integrity, discipline, rigor, passion, devotion, but also vulnerability and the openness and willingness to learn, listen, grow and contribute.

Feedback is by far one of the most powerful tools that I attribute to my growth. I wasn’t always open to it. Stubborn and closed, defensive and self-righteous, I had a wise comment for every feedback.

Only because I wasn’t willing to face the growing pains, to face the truth of my blind spots, to tear down the walls I built around my vulnerability, and to take full responsibility for my choices and actions.

Until I surrendered.

Feedback is information. Neutral yet powerful. Feedback is not only verbal but also nonverbal. And if we learn to treat every relationship as a teacher, every result as feedback then the willing student dives heart full into the journey of mastery.

When we treat everything as information that is serving our growth, there is no ceiling and heaven becomes our playing field.

I realized how much I’ve grown and how much of a work in progress I still am. It was healing and humbling at the same time to see how others saw me.

It’s time to face the discomfort of growth. You’ve come so far. As you grow into your perfection, every step is so worth it. Open your heart and eyes to the gift that you are. Don’t be afraid. Feedback gives us the power to fly.
