The power of the practice lies in the intention. Intention is how we self organize all of our energies, resources and inner world around the purpose and direction of this specific intent. It’s how we direct our energy. Into form, into matter, into experience.

Welcome to the moon of the GOAT. It’s beautiful to witness the two cardinal signs dance as cancer shines through the sun and Capricorn shines through the moon. We can only feel our emotions fully when we feel safe. And we feel safe through the shaping power of our values rooted in structure. Structure creates space. Which comes alive through our practices. This is where the moon illuminates our practices.

The goat energy is fierce as she rises through her determination, resilience and perseverance to the very top of her mountain with her leadership, knowing there will always be another mountain to test our courage and the power of our will.

The goat rises because she is driven by purpose. She is driven by a god strength that is rooted in her tenacity. The audaciousness of her wild imagination that begs her to trust. Trust every step she takes is leading her to a great mystery. A mystery that takes form in the realm of her heart’s dreams. That rises and amplifies with her emotions guiding her to keep dreaming, to keep pursuing, to keep shining.

We all have the goat within us. And our practices will inform us to take shapes and forms of our deepest alignment in order to fly. We rise as we feel and allow it all to flow as we come back to the nature of our practices that hold us.

It’s when the poet becomes the poem. When she becomes her power.

Keep dreaming. Keep feeling. Keep radiating. Center into your dreams tonight. Ignite the feelings of being your vision now. Honoring your practices as they become you. Holding the container steady for you to flourish in your becoming.
