One of my favorite Buddhist sayings. The frequency of worrying does no good. Rooted in fear and expectation, worrying stresses the body. But even more so since every thought creates form, then worrying builds up the momentum that goes against what we truly desire. Make peace with what is and surrender your worries to the Great Mother. As deliberate co-creators, we have the power to choose how we experience the moment, and in doing so we take back our power in co-creating our reality…
