And all our own human stuff with so many people going through it in relationships, divorce, debt, depression, anxiety, scarcity..

We’ve been programmed to play small, to hide, to fear our own power, to confuse and distract ourselves..

How do we stay connected to the desires and experiences that have our hearts come alive?

Focus on your creative flow.
Connect to nature.
Breathe.
Put some music on.
Turn on a candle.
Move your body.
Stretch.
Go for a walk.
Journal.

Engage all 5 of your senses in calling in your vision and context for the epic life you are creating.

Breathe and stay intentional and devotional.

Stay elevated, grounded in your flow.

Don’t engage in resistance and confrontation because the moment you engage you become that vibration.

Especially from now until August 12th (full moon.)

From tomorrow till Tuesday, the Lions Gate is opening up. Uranus and Mars conjoin the north node.

Understand we are awakening to new levels of consciousness.

With expansion comes contraction.
With embodiment comes death.

We will all feel it on some level, but we are the stars and they communicate through us.

Which means you have the power to activate and elevate.

That doesn’t mean to spiritually bypass or gaslight you or the situation that is activating you.

Feel what needs to be felt.
But don’t dwell.

Our cells are awakening.
Bubbles of comfort are bursting.

Because we are growing in our truth and our capacity to love and receive love, health, wealth and all your desires is expanding.

Trust the process and know you are the answer you’ve been looking for.
