Emotional trauma is real and you never know what people are dealing with.

Speaking about it doesn’t help, especially when you don’t feel safe to trust. So we focus on the breath. Especially the exhale.

Breathe. This is all part of a greater story that’s unfolding for deeper healing of all parties involved.
