When you can be truly honest with yourself and those holding space for you is when the real work begins.

But a lot of times without the proper guidance, people stay on the surface distracted with the mirror.

All fingers pointed to the external and not once do they see or understand that they are the projector and creator of it all.

It’s easy to talk a big game here on social media but let me see you live it behind the book of faces in your real life with the people you actually say fucking matter to you.

How much time will let go by before you actually lead with your heart?

Stop being a hypocrite.
Stop the narcissist tendencies to want to make it all about you.

Greatness comes with great humility and is often pulsing through the power of the unseen.

Stop defending your mediocrity.

Even your victim stance can be insidious and addicting. If all the fingers are pointed elsewhere then wake up babe cause you are creating all of it.

Stop your agendas and be human.

Be real.

We need more people doing the actual internal heavy lifting and less of the ‘look at me’ facades.

The one that truly cares. The one that stands naked when the tides entice your vulnerability.

Everyone can feel the inauthenticity even if you think you have won them all over. Everyone can feel the walls.
