1. TIME ALONE โ Being with yourself is so important as this time offers an opportunity to get to know yourself better. Meditation, Journaling, Sitting in contemplation, cultivating stillness are beautiful practices to get to know yourself better. We are beings of evolution and the getting to know ourselves never ends because we are constantly growing and evolving. โ โฃโฃ
2. HONOR YOURSELF โ Curate and cultivate sacred spaces, rituals, practices that honor your wellbeing on all levels -emotional, physical, spiritual, mental. Treat yourself like the king/queen that you are!
3. TIME IN NATURE โ Nature is our greatest teacher. When we commune with nature, our bodies and energetic field begin to recalibrate with mother natureโs frequency. The more in tune we are with this healing elixir, the more we are in the flow of divine nature.
4. RECODING BELIEFS โ Beliefs will either see walls as opportunity or dead-end. You could have all the gifts and talents in the world, but if you donโt believe in yourself, it will all go to waste. Fastest way to recode a belief is through words of affirmation but the key is to feel the emotions that correspond to the affirmation, the new belief you are reprogramming your subconscious with. It takes repetition and consistency. Write it, say it aloud, think it, record it + play itโฆ over and over for at least 90 days.
4. COMPASSION โ You will fuck up, you will have times of learning and that can be frustration and challenging at times. Learn to love yourself through the mess, through the chaos. Be loving, forgiving + compassionate with yourself especially when you are going through it. Find humor, love, and acceptance in the moment. The more loving you are on yourself, the faster youโll get back on purpose.
5. CELEBRATE YOURSELF โ Find things to be grateful for throughout the day. Celebrate yourself. Believe it or not, itโs through appreciation that we humans grow with less effort. By celebrating yourself, you send a message to your subconscious that says โyou can do this and more, anything you set your mind and heart on!โโฃ
